We maintain strong relationships with investors, developers and letting management firms and often the developers will have an in-house marketing team working alongside us allowing us access to a wider network of investors.
Sometimes there is a breakdown of communication between a developer and an investor but rest assured – we are here to provide an armchair investment case and we will continue to maintain that strong relationship between us and our developers on your behalf.
