We do have strict due diligence procedures in place and we will not consider any developments without relevant information. This information does include but not limited to:
- The financial stability of the developer (financial reports, bank statements etc)
- An underwritten contracted guaranteed rental yield
- Build licenses, planning documentation and land ownership titles
- Taxation law guides via your own lawyer on the country where the development is situated
- Draft contractual documentation underwritten by your own lawyer
We do have a FAQ document that must be filled in and returned to us before a partnership is finalised.
Our sourcing service follows a rigorous research regime that insures that the rents are equal to that of local comparables, the demand and supply for property, the availability of credit and government stability.
